The Meridian Arts Commission just rotated the art display in the new City Hall's Initial Point Gallery. The gallery, located on the 3rd floor of City Hall, now features a series of 44 oil paintings by Idaho artist Gertrude Hudson. Each painting depicts a scene from one of Idaho's 44 counties. You'll recognize many beloved Idaho landmarks, but a few of the paintings might leave you scratching your head as to which county they depict. It's a great way to remind yourself of the scenic beauty to be found throughout our state. The gallery is free and open to the public during regular business hours - Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, excluding major holidays.
We are continuing our efforts to gather contact information for Meridian's various homeowners associations and neighborhood groups.
